By using Corona Gloriae (the "App"), operated by Southwest CP Investment LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use, the Disclaimer, the Waiver & Release, and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Corona Gloriae is a devotional aid for praying the Holy Rosary, including prayer text, sacred imagery, optional voice narration, and an optional AI companion for general spiritual and educational reflection.
You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully, and not to: misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attack the App; use it for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose; or submit content that is illegal, hateful, or infringing. You are solely responsible for how you use the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risk arising from your use of the App, and you release, waive, and discharge Southwest CP Investment LLC, its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the App, including your reliance on any content, your interaction with the AI companion, or any act or omission of any user.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.
The App, its design, and its content are owned by or licensed to the Company. Traditional prayer texts are public domain. You may not copy or redistribute the App's proprietary materials without permission.
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact: loredohands@gmail.com.
By checking the acceptance box and/or typing your name as an electronic signature in the App, you agree these documents are the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature and consent to conduct this transaction electronically.
Al usar Corona Gloriae (la "App"), operada por Southwest CP Investment LLC (la "Compañía", "nosotros"), usted acepta estos Términos de Uso, el Descargo de Responsabilidad, la Exención y Liberación, y la Política de Privacidad. Si no está de acuerdo, no use la App.
Corona Gloriae es una ayuda devocional para rezar el Santo Rosario: incluye el texto de las oraciones, imágenes sagradas, narración de voz opcional y un compañero de IA opcional para reflexión espiritual y educativa general.
Usted se compromete a usar la App de forma lícita y respetuosa, y a no: abusar, interrumpir, aplicar ingeniería inversa ni atacar la App; usarla con fines ilícitos, dañinos o abusivos; ni enviar contenido ilegal, ofensivo o que infrinja derechos. Usted es el único responsable del uso que haga de la App.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, usted asume voluntariamente todo riesgo derivado del uso de la App, y libera y exime a Southwest CP Investment LLC, sus dueños, miembros, funcionarios, empleados, contratistas y afiliados (las "Partes Liberadas") de todo reclamo, demanda, daño o acción que surja del uso o mal uso de la App, incluida su confianza en cualquier contenido, su interacción con el compañero de IA, o cualquier acto u omisión de cualquier usuario.

Usted acepta indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a las Partes Liberadas ante cualquier reclamo, pérdida o gasto (incluidos honorarios razonables de abogados) que surja de su uso o mal uso de la App o de su incumplimiento de estos Términos.
La App, su diseño y su contenido pertenecen o están licenciados a la Compañía. Los textos tradicionales de las oraciones son de dominio público. No copie ni redistribuya los materiales propios de la App sin permiso.
